OPEN DOOR – Around 11 a.m. Sunday, Krugerville police observed an open garage door at a business in the 4600 block of U.S. 377.
CRASH – On Saturday, Cross Roads PD were dispatched to an accident involving a passenger vehicle and a commercial truck near the intersection of U.S. 380 and Walmart Drive. No injuries were reported.
ASSAULT – Aubrey police arrested a man, 28, Saturday on charges of assault causes bodily injury family violence and possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces near the intersection of Fishtrap Road and Brewer Road.
DUI – A man, 18, was given citations for driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop investigation by Cross Roads police Jan. 24 in the 11700 block of U.S. 380.
SHOPLIFTING – A woman, 38, was issued a citation for shoplifting and a criminal trespass warning Jan. 24 in the 11700 block of U.S. 380.
TRAFFIC STOP – A traffic stop investigation Jan. 24 by CRPD resulted in the male driver, 19, being issued a citation for possession of drug paraphernalia in the 6500 block of U.S. 380.
HIT AND RUN – A man, 59, reported to Cross Roads police Jan. 24 a hit and run accident that happened in the parking lot of a business in the 11000 block of U.S. 380.
UNLAWFUL RESTRAINT – A woman, 41, was arrested Jan. 24 by APD on charges of interference with emergency request for assistance and unlawful restraint in the 2800 block of Weston Road.
ACCIDENT – Cross Roads police officers investigated a two-vehicle crash with no injuries Jan. 24 near the intersection of U.S. 380 and Walmart Drive.
ARREST – A woman, 41, was arrested Jan. 23 during a traffic stop investigation by CRPD on a charge of possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 in the 10000 block of U.S. 380.
POSSESSION – A man, 24, was given a citation for possession of drug paraphernalia by Cross Roads PD Jan. 22 in the 10000 block of U.S. 380.
RECKLESS DRIVER – A man, 31, was arrested Jan. 22 by APD on charges of reckless driving, evading in a vehicle and resisting arrest/search/transport near the intersection of Sherman Drive and Main Street.
CRASH – A two-vehicle accident was reported to Cross Roads police on Jan. 22 near the intersection of FM 424 and Fishtrap Road. No injuries were reported.
TRAFFIC – At 9:06 p.m. Jan. 21, Krugerville PD conducted a traffic stop for expired registration in the 4600 block of U.S. 377. The Decatur driver, 39, was arrested on charges of driving while license invalid, possession of a dangerous drug and failure to provide evidence of financial responsibility. The Fort Worth passenger, 37, was arrested on charges of fraudulent possession/use of credit or debit card and possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1, greater than 1 gram less than 4 grams. Both men were taken to the Denton County Jail.
SHOPLIFTING – A woman, 49, was issued a citation for shoplifting as well as a criminal trespass warning Jan. 21 by CRPD in the 11700 block of U.S. 380.
CRASH – Cross Roads PD investigated a two-vehicle crash Jan. 21 with no reported injuries in the 11300 block of U.S. 380.
ASSAULT – A woman, 34, was arrested by Aubrey police Jan. 20 on a charge of assault causes bodily injury family violence in the 4000 block of Yellowstar Way.
