Aubrey Police Department logged 145 calls from Feb. 10-16. Cross Roads Police Department received 49 calls for service between Feb. 10-16.
CRIMINAL TRESPASS – A man, 65, was issued a criminal trespass notice Sunday by Cross Roads PD in the 11700 block of U.S. 380.
THEFT – A woman, 18, reported to Cross Roads police Sunday that an unknown person took and used her credit card in the 11900 block of U.S. 380.
RECKLESS DRIVER – On Sunday, Cross Roads PD investigated a report of a reckless driver resulting in the arrest of a man, 45, on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
CRIMINAL TRESPASS – A man, 35, and woman, 19, were given criminal trespass warnings Sunday by Cross Roads police after being suspected of theft in the 11700 block of U.S. 380.
DISTURBANCE – A disturbance call was received by CRPD on Saturday in the 1100 block of Copal Drive resulting in the arrest of a man, 45, on a charge of possession of marijuana.
UNLAWFUL RESTRAINT – A woman, 33, was arrested by Aubrey police Saturday on charges of unlawful restraint, assault causes bodily injury family violence and continuous violence against family in the 4300 block of Turnout Trail.
AGENCY ASSIST – Cross Roads police assisted an outside agency on an investigation Feb. 14.
ASSAULT – A man, 42, was arrested Feb. 14 by APD on charges of aggravated assault with deadly weapon and continuous violence against a family member near the intersection of Dr Sanders Road and Fair Oaks Drive.
SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES – A woman, 43, contacted Cross Roads PD on Feb. 13 about suspicious circumstances regarding a former family member in the 11000 block of Pentridge Circle.
TRAFFIC – A man, 42, was arrested Feb. 13 by APD on a charge of driving while license invalid with previous conviction without financial responsibility near the intersection of Bonniebridge Lane and McNatt Road.
INJURY – An employee reported to Cross Roads police Feb. 12 that the actions of a client caused her to suffer a head injury in the 3000 block of Moseley Road.
FRAUD – On Feb. 12, a man, 60, reported to CRPD that identifying information was used to open an account in his name and steal a treasury check in the 1100 block of Naylor Road.
POSSESSION – A man, 32, was arrested by Aubrey police Feb. 11 on a warrant charge of possession of a controlled substance penalty group 2, less than 1 gram, near the intersection of Providence Boulevard and U.S. 380.
ASSAULT – A man, 17, reported Feb. 11 to Cross Roads PD that a co-worker assaulted him at work in the 11900 block of U.S. 380.
CRASH – A two-vehicle crash was dispatched to CRPD on Feb. 10 with no report of injuries near the intersection of U.S. 380 and Walmart Drive.
CRASH – A woman, 31, was arrested by Cross Roads police Feb. 10 on a charge of driving while intoxicated in the 9100 block of Fishtrap Road.
