POLICE REPORT

Aubrey Police Department logged 156 calls from March 10-16. Cross Roads Police Department received 64 calls for service between March 3-9. Krugerville Police Department reported calls the week of March 10-16. Pilot Point Police Department responded to 76 calls during the week of March 9-16.

WARRANTS – A traffic stop investigation by Cross Roads police Sunday led to the arrest of a man, 28, for outside agency warrants in the 3000 block of U.S. 380.

TERRORISTIC THREAT – Pilot Point PD investigated a terroristic threat call around 6:30 p.m. Sunday in the 900 block of Berend Road.

TRAFFIC – Around 3:30 p.m. Sunday, KVPD conducted a traffic stop for expired registration near the intersection of Arvin Hill Road and U.S. 377. An NCIC/TCIC check revealed the driver did not have an eligible driver’s license and had multiple previous convictions for failure to maintain financial responsibility. He was given citations for driving while license invalid and failure to maintain financial responsibility and a warning for operating an unregistered vehicle.

CITATIONS – Two women, 17 and 22, were issued citations Saturday for retail theft and criminal trespass warnings by CRPD in the 11700 block of U.S. 380.

CRASH – A two-vehicle crash was investigated by Cross Roads police Saturday with no report of injury in the 10000 block of U.S. 380.

POSSESSION – A woman, 26, was arrested March 14 by Aubrey PD on a charge of possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces near the intersection of Cape Cod Boulevard and Main Street.

THEFT – A theft was reported to Pilot Point police around 8 p.m. March 14 in the 14000 block of Golden Bridge Drive.

ASSAULT – A man, 32, was arrested by APD on a charge of assault causes bodily injury March 14 in the 800 block of South U.S. 377.

HARRASSMENT – Around 6:30 p.m. March 14, Pilot Point PD responded to a harassment call in the 600 block of South Morrison Street.

WARRANT – Aubrey PD arrested a man, 30, on a warrant charge for failure to identify as a fugitive March 14 near the intersection of Tunnel Avenue and Whim Way.

MISSING PERSON – A man, 35, was reported missing endangered March 14 in the 900 block of Moseley Road. He was found several hours later, according to the CRPD report.

DISTURBANCE – A disturbance call was dispatched to PPPD at 8:09 a.m. March 14 in the 100 block of South Jefferson Street.

TRAFFIC – Krugerville police made a traffic stop for no front license plate and an expired registration sticker around 8 a.m. March 14 in the 1400 block of New Hope Road. A NCIC/TCIC search showed the vehicle was stolen out of Denton. The driver was arrested on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1, greater than 4 grams less than 200 grams. He was taken to the Denton County Jail.

ASSAULT – A man, 32, was arrested March 13 by APD on a charge of assault causes bodily injury to a family member/continuous violence against the family in the 10000 block of Quail Pointe Road.

DWI – A woman, 77, was arrested during a traffic stop March 13 by Cross Roads PD on a charge of driving while intoxicated with open container near the intersection of FM 424 and Naylor Road.

POSSESSION – Aubrey police arrested a man, 33, March 13 on charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle and possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces in the 900 block of South U.S. 377.

FORGERY FRAUD – Pilot Point police responded to a forgery fraud report around 1 p.m. March 13 in the 1700 block of North Washington Street.

DISTURBANCE – A former employee became engaged in a disturbance with a manager March 13 in the 11700 block of U.S. 380. The woman, 37, was issued a criminal trespass warning by Cross Roads police.

ACCIDENT – A traffic accident was reported to Krugerville PD at 7:44 p.m. March 12 near the intersection of U.S. 377 and Faircrest Drive.

WARRANT – A Krugerville man was arrested on a warrant charge of assault family/household member impeding breath or circulation at 12:41 p.m. March 12 by KVPD in the 800 block of Squires Lane. He was taken to the Denton County Jail.

INTERFERENCE – Aubrey PD arrested a man, 44, March 12 on a charge of interference with emergency request for assistance in the 9200 block of Blackstone Drive.

CRASH – A hit and run crash investigation was reported to CRPD on March 11 in a parking lot in the 3400 block of U.S. 377. The woman driver, 25, was located.

MOTORIST ASSIST – At 6:13 p.m. March 11, Krugerville police responded to a report of a vehicle swerving into other lanes of traffic causing a wreck near the intersection of U.S. 377 and Industrial Park.

THEFT – Two teenagers were arrested by CRPD for retail theft March 11 in the 11700 block of U.S. 380.

ASSAULT – A man, 43, was arrested March 11 by Aubrey police on charges of assault causes bodily injury family violence with previous conviction and continuous violence against the family as well as a warrant charge from APD in the 500 block of Bluebonnet Street.

CAR FIRE – Cross Roads police responded to assist with a car fire that started in a parking lot March 10 in the 11400 block of U.S. 380.

CRASH – A four-vehicle crash was dispatched March 10 to Cross Roads PD with no injuries reported in the 3000 block of U.S. 380.
