POLICE REPORT

Aubrey Police Department logged 171 calls from April 7-13. Cross Roads Police Department received 53 calls for service between April 7-13. Krugerville Police Department reported calls the week of April 7-12. Pilot Point Police Department responded to 51 calls during the week of April 6-13.

DWI – A man, 32, was arrested Sunday by CRPD on a charge of driving while intoxicated with a child passenger under the age of 15 in the 6500 block of Fishtrap Road.

DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE – On Sunday, Pilot Point police received a domestic disturbance call at 12:26 a.m. in the 600 block of Copenhavr Street.

THEFT – A man, 34, was given a citation for retail theft Sunday by Cross Roads police as well as a criminal trespass warning in the 11700 block of U.S. 380.

ASSAULT – Aubrey PD arrested a teenager Saturday on a charge of continuous assault causes bodily injury family violence in the 10100 block of Hanover Drive.

BURGLARY – A burglary was reported to Pilot Point PD at 5:44 p.m. Saturday in the 200 block of South Prairie Street.

ASSAULT – A teenager was arrested by Aubrey police Saturday on a charge of aggravated assault causes serious bodily injury family violence in the 10000 block of Pinecrest Drive.

DISTURBANCE – A disturbance call was investigated by PPPD at 10:53 a.m. Saturday in the 100 block of West Main Street.

ASSAULT – A man, 64, was arrested Saturday by Aubrey PD on a charge of assault causes bodily injury family violence in the 900 block of South U.S. 377.

SUSPICIOUS PERSON – A suspicious person/vehicle was reported to Pilot Point police at 7:53 p.m. April 11 in the 600 block of Minnie Lane.

DISTURBANCE – A disturbance call was received April 11 by Cross Roads PD involving a man, 28, who reportedly assaulted his exgirlfriend in the 11800 block of U.S. 380.

ASSAULT – A man, 32, was arrested April 11 by Aubrey police on a warrant charge of assault causes bodily injury family violence in the 10000 block of Pinecrest Drive.

THEFT – Two men, 18 and 19, were given citations April 11 by CRPD for retail theft and criminal trespass warnings in the 11700 block of U.S. 380.

POSSESSION – Krugerville PD conducted a traffic stop around 11:30 p.m. April 10 in the 5100 block of New Hope Road for unsafe speed and no vehicle insurance. A probable cause search located a small amount of marijuana along with a THC vape pen in the truck cab along with a bag of multiple syringes, drug paraphernalia and a crystallike substance found in the bed of the truck, according to the report. A Pilot Point man and a Krum man were arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1, less than 1 gram, and taken to the Denton County Jail. They were both released the next day.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS – Around 5 p.m. April 10, PPPD responded to a criminal trespass call in the 400 block of East Burks Street.

NOISE COMPLAINT – A noise complaint call was received by Pilot Point PD at 9:07 p.m. April 8 in the 100 block of Lakeview Circle.

ANIMAL BITE – An animal bite call was dispatched to Pilot Point police around 7 p.m. April 8 in the 500 block of North Church Street.

CRASH – A two-vehicle accident was investigated April 8 by Cross Roads PD in the 100 block of Naylor Road. One injury was reported.

ANIMAL COMPLAINT – An animal complaint was reported to PPPD at 3:12 p.m. April 8 in the 14000 block of Calderwood Street.

AGENCY ASSIST – Pilot Point PD provided agency assistance to an outside agency at 7:10 a.m. April 8 in the 900 block of North U.S. 377.

HARASSMENT – A woman, 33, reported to Cross Roads police April 8 that a former coworker was harassing her by coming to her work place and following her in the 11400 block of U.S. 380.

SUSPICIOUS PERSON – Around midnight April 8, Pilot Point police responded to a suspicious person/vehicle in the 600 block of Copenhavr Street.

THEFT – A theft was investigated by PPPD at 10:16 a.m. April 7 in the 1700 block of North Washington Street.

RECKLESS DRIVER – A reckless driver was reported to Pilot Point PD around 7:30 a.m. April 7 near the intersection of U.S. 377 and Foutch Road.

CRASH – A two-vehicle crash with no injuries was reported to CRPD on April 7 near the intersection of U.S. 377 and Fishtrap Road.

ASSAULT – A woman, 24, was arrested April 7 by APD on a charge of assault causes bodily injury family violence in the 2000 block of Maxwell Court.

THEFT – A theft was reported to PPPD at 4:49 p.m. April 6 in the 5900 block of Mayer Avenue.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS – At 4:20 p.m. April 6, Pilot Point PD responded to a criminal trespass call in the 14000 block of Mobberly Road. -Kim Fleming
